India Homes Fair To Be Presented In Muscat By HDFC

Aiming to offer best opportunities to the NRIs to own a home back in India, HDFC Ltd presented India Homes Fair, a property fair in Muscat. The two-day fair took place on January 31 and February1.

HDFC Ltd, one of the premier Indian housing finance companies, conducted a two day property fair, titled India Homes Fair, in the Hotel Muscat Holiday.  The property fair; in which 32 renowned and well-reputed Indian developers showcased their projects, remained one of the biggest property events in Muscat.

Builders presented properties across India. The property fair showcased properties from across top 25 cities. India Homes Fair turned out to be a successful one as large number of people visited. Visitors were permitted from morning 10 am to evening 8 pm on both days.

HDFC Ltd has presence in the Middle East for more than two decades. They have been helping the Indians residing there to attain homes in India. With the presentation of India Homes Fair they have made it easier for the NRIs to know more about the properties and grab a suitable one without paying a visit to India.

India Homes Fair was inaugurated by Mr. JS Mukul, Indian Ambassador to Oman. The inaugural ceremony was addressed by HDFC Middle East’s Regional Head Mr. Ajay Sachdewa. Speaking on the occasion he said that this year’s property exhibition is one of the biggest ever conducted in Oman.

The property even was managed by Sultanate’s prominent exhibitions and conference organizing enterprise – OITE Trade Fairs. OITE – B2B Events & Marketing’s Director Mr. Sadiq Khan opined that India Homes Fair acted as a better platform for the Indian NRIs, residing in Oman, to know more about most of the prime properties in their homeland.

According to Mr. Khan the two-day property event served as an opportunity for the Indian-Origin people to meet the top Indian developers. In his opinion, pointing the steady value appreciation, Indian realty remains as one of the best investment options.

India Homes Fair showcased wide-range properties starting from Rs.20 lakh to Rs.10 Cr. The top Indian developers like DLF, Lodha Group, Mantri Developers, Nirmal Lifestyle, Puravankara, Unitech, and many other well-reputed builders presented their projects in the India Homes Fair.
